The following are directions for properly filling out Techstar customer application,
personal guarantee (only to be filled out by customers who have been pre-approved to pay with a company check or credit terms), as well as, the proper documentation needed in order to be approved.

The customer application is a form fillable application and is to be filled out in your choice of English or Spanish.

BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE AND COMPLIANCE WITH ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING INITIATIVES

Customer Acknowledges and agrees that the goods, software, and technology subject to this Agreement are subject to the
export control laws and regulations of the United States, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations
("EAR"), and sanctions regimes of the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Controls. Reseller will comply
with these laws and regulations. Reseller shall not, without prior U.S. government authorization, sell, export, re export, or
transfer any goods, software, or technology subject to this Agreement, either directly or indirectly, to any country subject to
a U.S. trade embargo or to any resident or national of any such country, or to any person or entity listed on the "Entity List"
or "Denied Persons List" maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce or the list of "Specifically Designated Nationals
and Blocked Persons" maintained by the U.S. Department of Treasury. In addition, any goods, software or technology
subject to this Agreement may not be sold, exported, re exported, or transferred to an end-user engaged in activities
related to weapons of mass destruction. Such activities include but are not necessarily limited to activities related to: (1) the
design, development, production, or use of nuclear materials, nuclear facilities, or nuclear weapons; (2) the design,
development, production, or use of missiles or support of missiles projects; (3) the design, development, production, or use
of chemical or biological weapons.

All payments must match the name on the invoice.
We DO NOT accept third party wire transfers nor payments.
When paying by check, name on check must match name on the invoice.
All customers will be checked against the OFAC database (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and periodically
rechecked against updated lists.
Any change of Ownership must be noted in writing within (5) business days.
Any change of address must be noted in writing within (5) business days.
You are advised we have an annual review of the above items. We will expect your cooperation in providing
updated information annually.

Personal Guaranty Agreement

PERSONAL GUARANTY

I, for and in consideration of Techstar Electronics Inc (“Techstar”) extending credit at my request to a incorporated in with its registered office at , including its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies (hereafter "Customer”), hereby personally and unconditionally guarantee and promise to pay Techstar any obligations of Customer to Techstar and I hereby agree to bind myself to pay Techstar on demand any sum which may become due to Techstar by Customer, whenever Customer shall fail to pay the same. This Personal Guaranty guarantees all extensions of credit including, but not limited to, increases to the credit limit of the Customer, and is not given in association with any one particular grant of credit or credit application. “Obligations” include but are not limited to all extensions of credit to Customer, all transactions between Customer and Techstar, the invoiced cost of products and services sold to Customer by Techstar, and any other amounts, charges, expenses, interest, fees, costs owed by Customer to Techstar. I will reimburse Techstar for all expenses incurred by it in the collection, enforcement or attempted enforcement of any of its rights hereunder against Reseller or Guarantor including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees and costs and collection agent fees and expenses. I subordinate any obligations that Customer may have to me to the obligations of Customer owed to Techstar. I agree to so pay and perform without requiring Techstar to exercise, pursue or enforce any right or remedy Techstar has against Customer, any co-guarantor, or any other party.

I consent that from time to time Techstar may, without notice to me and without affecting any of my liability: (a) exchange, release, sell (by foreclosure or otherwise), consent to the transfer of, apply or otherwise deal with any collateral for repayment of the obligations at the election of Techstar, (b) refinance, extend, renew, increase, decrease or accelerate the obligations in whole or in part, (c) waive or fail to enforce any of its rights under any instruments evidencing, relating to, or securing the obligations, or (d) settle, release (by operation of law or otherwise), compound, compromise, collect or liquidate, in any manner, any of the obligations, or any obligations of any co-guarantor (whether here under or under a separate instrument) or any other party.
